Requirements:

• Degree / Diploma / Certificate in Building Studies, Interior Design or Architecture
• At least 5 years’ solid site management experience in interior fit-out projects 
• Sound fit-out experience in managing high-end office / retail / hospitability projects with coordination with architects / designers / consultants / clients / sub-contractors & vendors
• Sound knowledge in quality control, E & M / Fit-out interfacing works
• Strong Leadership / management / interpersonal communication skills
• Well planning / monitoring / controlling of site progress for meeting project deadline
• Capable of working under pressure and under fast track programme
• Capable of handling full set of construction drawings / producing detail drawings
• Independent / self-motivated / self-discipline
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese (Cantonese / Mandarin)
• Proficiency in Auto Cad / Microsoft Office
