Responsibilities:

• Supervise contractors’ BIM team to ensure project goals and objectives are achieved by proper application of BIM uses and BIM process throughout construction stage and beyond
• Attend coordination meetings to ensure that model-based coordination and model-based issue management workflows comply with contract requirement
• Review and validate BIM deliverables by contractors to ensure timeline, standard and quality meet the company standard and contract requirement
• Provide advice and support on model-based change management, variation and payment assessment, etc. (5D BIM)
• Create and maintain company BIM standard and project specific requirements
• Communicate and collaborate with project stakeholders for consistent BIM execution in coordinated project delivery
• Provide internal training and guidance on BIM
• Provide internal technical support and guidance to project team in BIM application including maintenance of common data environment, modelling, clash detection and etc
• Assist in preparation of promotional material on application of BIM, submission of BIM awards and publications
• Supervise and lead BIM coordinator(s)
• Other duties as required by the project team and department

Requirements:

• Degree in architecture, construction, engineering or equivalent
• At least 5 years of BIM management experience in large-scale commercial building projects
• HKIBIM Professional member is preferrable but not a must
• 5D BIM implementation (model-based cost management) experience is an advantage
• Advanced knowledge and hands-on coordination experience in Autodesk BIM products (Revit, Navisworks, BIM 360, AutoCAD, Civil 3D) and common design tools (Sketchup, Rhino, 3dsMAX, etc.)
• Good command of written and spoken English is a must.  Fluent in Cantonese and Mandarin
