• Higher diploma in Architectural Studies and minimum THREE years relevant experience related to architectural works; OR SEVEN years drafting experience in an architectural firm
• Good practical knowledge of AutoCAD, Photoshop, SketchUp, Revit and 3D Studio Max
• Good technical knowledge in architectural construction details computer modeling and pass the selection interview conducted by the Supervising Officer or his representatives
• Possess a valid Construction Industry Safety Training Certificate (Green Card) and is required to carry out site inspection, site meeting and site measurement periodically related to the project
