• Immediately available
• F.5 or T.I graduates (CSD post - Diploma or above in Mech / Elect / Building Services Engg.)
• Resident of Hong Kong & fair in English and Cantonese
• 1 to 2 years Building drafting experience (CSD post - CSD drafting experience)
• Knowledge in Microstation or AutoCAD
• Knowledge in PC networking an advantage

Clerk 文員

Responsibilities:

1. Provide support to Sales Manager in daily operations
2. Prepare quotations, invoices and other relevant documents
3. Follow up orders and customers
4. Handle telephone enquiries

Requirements:

1.  Form 5 or above, with at least 1 year working experience
2.  Good command of written and spoken English, Chinese and Mandarin
3.  Proficient in using MS Office (Excel, Outlook with Chinese word input)
4.  Hardworking, with strong interpersonal and communication skills
5.  Organised and attention to Detail
