Job Description
Our Client is a well-known retailer. They are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join their company.
Responsibilities:
- To manage the retail projects in Hong Kong, PRC and provide support to South East Asia (Malaysia, Singapore and Thailand)
- To monitor the project development throughout the pipeline and ensure timely and cost-effective manner
- Monitor project cost, construction work and project schedule of stores
- Collaborate with government authorities and project professionals on all submissions
- Verification of tender documents and coordinate & prepare related of documents
- Work closely with Operations team, other internal departments and contractors to ensure all in store needs are met
- Implement ad-hoc product related projects as assigned
Requirements:
- Higher Diploma or above in Retail Project Management, Architectural, Interior Design/ Building studies or equivalent
- Minimum 5 years relevant experience in retail industry or project consultancy
- Proficient in AutoCAD, Photoshop, AI and other design skill, MS Word and Excel
- Excellent in interpersonal, communication and coordination skills
- Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
