We are a well-established small and medium-sized construction contractor specializing in property-related installation, construction, design works.

Responsibilities: 

• Assist the Project Manager for prepare tendering;
• Taking off measurement from the drawings;
• Preparation of payment application to the Client;
• Settlement of payment with Client / Subcontractors;
• Assist and coordinating daily operations of construction projects;
• Liaise with consultants and clients on coordination and project issues;

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma/Certificate in Quantity Surveying or Building Services Engineering or related disciplines;

• Good in PC applications such as AutoCAD, MS Excel, Word, etc;
• Hard Working;
• More than 1-2 years relevant experience in Building / Civil project;
• Immediate available will be an advantage
