Responsibilities:

• To oversee and manage technical team to deliver safe and reliable building maintenance and operation work which are of statutory compliance
• To deliver technical and maintenance work with good practice at routine operation work, A&A and major imprvoement works
• To establish energy efficiency and building sustainability strategies, policies and practices
• To prepare annual CAPEX budget and monitor procurement activities under the protfolio of the Technical Team
• To monitor performance of building facilities under the Property Management portfolio

Requirements:

• Degree in Engineering of Electrical, Mechanical, Building Services or other related disciplines
• Minimum 12 years solid experience in maintenance management in property management of which 6 years at managerial level
• Corporate membership in HKIS / RICS / CIBSE / IMechE / HKIE or equivalent is perferred
• Holder of Registered Electrical Worker Certificate B0 will be an advantage
• Proficient in related ordinances and professional maintenance practices
• Strong leadership abilities with uncompromising integrity and passion for excellence
• Hard working and energetic, strong sense of time management
• Good command in written and spoken English and Chinese. Proficiency in Putonghua an added advantage
