Responsibilities:

• Overall design management of property development project from inception to completion stage including architectural, interior and landscaping design
• Manage and coordinate with internal project team, consultants, contractors and government authorities

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Architecture/Interior Design/Building Studies/Structural/Construction or related disciplines
• Authorised Person is an advantage
• Solid knowledge in statutory regulations compliance
• Minimum 8 years relevant working experience in large scale development projects
• Working with consultancy firm or property developers preferred
• Strong leadership, planning and management skills
• Proficient both in written and spoken English and Chinese
