Graduate Engineers (HKIE Scheme "A" Training)

• Should be University fresh graduates of 2018 in Building Services, Electrical or Mechanical Discipline;

• Overseas graduates in Building Services,  Electrical or Mechanical discipline may be considered subject to meeting HKIE Graduate Engineer academic requirements.

Building Services Engineers (Electrical / Mechanical)

• Should be University graduates in Building Services, Mechanical or Electrical Engineering;

• With at least 2-4 years relevant post graduate design & consultancy experiences for building projects;

• Relevant experiences in PRC is a definite advantage.

Resident Building Services Inspector (RBSI)

• A Higher Diploma or Higher Certificate in Building Services Engineering of Electrical Engineering or Mechanical Engineering from the Hong Kong Polytechnic University / Hong Kong Technical College / Hong Kong Technical Institute / Hong Kong Institute of Vocational Education, of equivalent;

• Grade 2 (Note 1) or above in Chinese Language and English Language in the Hong Kong Certificate of Education Exam (HKCEE), or equivalent;

• 8 years' relevant experience including 5 years' working experience in the capacity of Building Services Inspector, or equivalent.
