RESPONSIBILITIES 

• Work directly with CEO, clients and project managers to develop new products and lead the continuous improvement of existing products.
• Collaborate with engineering, sourcing and manufacturing throughout the product development life-cycle
• Research into materials and component technologies to find development opportunities
• Work closely with the marketing team to develop supporting materials to promote new products

REQUIREMENTS 

• Diploma or Degree in product/graphic Design or related discipline
• +3 years of design experience, preferably in the toy or children product industry
• Proficiency in Adobe Creative Suite tools including Illustrator, InDesign, Photoshop; CAD and SolidWork knowledge a plus
• Expert eye for detail and consistency; no detail is too small or insignificant
• Comfortable with an iterative design process that includes accepting and managing feedback and constructive criticism
• Hands-on experience with product and lifestyle photography a plus
• Occasional travel to Shenzhen office
