Job Description
One Sizable Company is URGENTLY looking for a suitable candidate for the Personnel Assistant position
Job responsibilities included:
- Assist in general team secretarial support
- Provide customer service & sales support
- Handle project administration and document coordination
- Handle incoming and outgoing emails and telephone calls
- Ad-hoc reports and/or tasks as required
Requirements:
- At least 2 years working experience of secretary, sales support and/ or assistant to director
- Experience in insurance broker, insurance company and/ or other financial institutions is highly preferred
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua
- Good team player, self-motivated, well-organized and proactive in character with detailed mind and strong sense of responsibility
Location : Tsim Sha Tsui
Salary Expected : 17K
