Job Description
The ideal candidate possesses the following characteristics:
- High degree or above in apparel or product design or related fields
- Relevant experience in and passion for children’s apparel design
- Great aesthetic
- Thorough understanding of fabrics and production process
- Team player who can put the goals of the team ahead of his or her personal goals
- Excellent communication skills including strong command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
- Ambitious and goal-oriented with a proven ability to get things done
- Detail-oriented, someone who takes pride in their work
- Curious and creative thinker with a thirst for knowledge
- Ability to thrive in an entrepreneurial environment and eager to build a business from the ground up
- Wizard with Adobe PS and AI
Candidates with more relevant experience will be considered for more senior role
