Key Responsibilities:  

• Full support to Product Team to provide illustration and artwork.
• Support to Marketing Team in seasonal promotion projects and ad-hoc requests. Including design, artwork and production of marketing collaterals : catalogue, image posters, website banners, social media materials, advertising and promotions.
• Design and development of window display, product packaging and point-of-sales materials.
• From concept, artwork to production and installation, design and manage the projects including sourcing, development, price negotiation, production and set up.
• Develop and maintain the shop image, product display, visual merchandising and mix & match guidelines for all regions
• Seasonal trips to China

Skills / Requirements:

• Minimum 3 years’ relevant experience, experience in baby/children’s apparel industry is an advantage.
• Capable to illustrate images in various styles.
• Creative with strong aesthetic sense.
• Proficient in AI, Photoshop, Illustrator, Free-hand and MS Office is a must.  Knowledge of AutoCAD is an advantage.
• Degree or Higher Diploma in Graphic design / Visual merchandising / Fashion or related disciplines.
• Experience in set up and renovation of retail shops is a plus
• Good command of written, spoken Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese) and English.
• Good communication and interpersonal skills with positive attitude
