Our Client is a well-known retailer. They are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join their company.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for all shop design and store development project
• To handle design documentation and presentation work, which includes concept design and development, detailed and construction drawings, materials sourcing and selection
• Coordinate and liaise with contractors, vendors, visual merchandising team and regional in-charge for the store design to ensure project effectiveness
• Monitor project progress and ensure on time completion
• Ensure new shops and shop renovations are maintained with company standard

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in interior design or related discipline
• Minimum 5 years of solid experience in fitting-out projects of retail or contractor field
• Strong design sense and able to handle full set of working drawing with design detailing experience
• Familiar with AutoCAD, Photoshop and 3D max
• Initiate, creative, self-motivating, well organized and a good team player
• Good command of written and spoken English and Chinese
