Doughnut is looking for a E-commerce Manager who is passionate at working across multi-functional teams assisting with new products launching and optimizing the sales through our e-Commerce platforms in Mainland China. 

The person will join a dynamic and fast-paced environment and serve as the Digital Marketing owner as new products are brought to market. The person will report to Director of Doughnut China team and will work closely with Marketing and E-commerce team and will be responsible for products launches and brand building.

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for development and implementation of brand strategies and tactical plans of E-commerce activities in Mainland China
• Lead and motivate the team to maximize marketing programs and E-Commerce performance
• Overall management of brand activities to achieve annual target
• Monitor brand online and offline sales and activities to ensure campaigns alignment with company objectives
• Evaluate the effectiveness of marketing data, promotions, media implementation and brand campaigns

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or above in e-Commerce, Marketing, Communications or related disciplines
• At least 2 year of experience in marketing and e-Commerce with strong background in China e-Commerce management
• Working experience in Mainland China is an advantage
• Ability to manage e-commerce platform in Mainland China
• Dynamic personality and strong knowledge of current digital marketing trends and online solutions
• Proficient people management skills and a good team leader
• Excellent business analytical ability and presentation skills
• Fluent in spoken and written English, Cantonese and Mandarin
