Responsibilities:

Customer Support (50%)

ž    Resolving support issues/questions across marketplaces, live chat, emails and social media channels (Facebook, Instagram).

ž    Arrange daily operation on Marketplaces

ž    Delivering monthly reports on customer support KPIs and issues.

ž    Working closely with the Product Team to raise any product issues

ž    Working closely with eCommerce Manager to raise any issues with partners or offers, and helping to reach a resolution.

Operations Support (50%)

ž    Uploading content on to the CMS on a weekly basis.

ž    Where relevant, making recommendations and implementing improvements to operations and processes.

ž    QA and testing content prior to schedule to ensure all content is factually accurate and working as required.

ž    Maintaining the image library and working with partners to refresh images and copy for enduring offers.

ž    Ensure effective liaison with agents and coordinated arrangement of shipments

ž    Seek innovative ways to improve service and cost, which will include both technological and process improvements.

ž    Manage archiving of completed shipment files and maintain record keeping.

ž    Ensure compliance with import/export regulations for all equipment and materials.

Requirements

ž    Higher Diploma or above in Information Systems, Ecommerce, Marketing, Business Administration or related disciplines;

ž    Knowledge on business information system highly preferred; candidates with experience in merchandise logistics is also welcomed;

ž    Self-motivated, attentive to details and able to work independently;

ž    Well organized and able to meet deadlines and multi-tasking;

ž    Strong computer skills including MS Word, PowerPoint and Excel;

ž
