Job Responsibilities:

• Handle and analyze App operation and management
• Focus on customer experience on our product usage
• Competitors analyst from markets in order to optimize our needs
• Promote product through online platform and monitoring the whole process
• Maintain a good relationship between internal and external parties
• Performing ad hoc duties as assigned by supervisors

Job Requirements:

• Degree in Marketing, E-Commerce or Business related disciplines 
• 2-3 years’ experience in Marketing or E-Commerce
• Independent, attentive to details and highly motivated
• Customer-oriented and proactive with effective communications skills
• Good team player with excellent interpersonal skills
• Excellent command of English and Chinese, fluency in Mandarin
• IANG are welcomed
• Immediate availability is preferred
