We are looking for a Projects Executive who can practise ownership and achieve top-notch results. The job duties include but not limit to various projects and assignments encompassing logistics, marketplace, customer experience as well as warehousing. You will be working in a fast-changing and exciting environment which requires a creative mindset and strong analytical skills. This role is based in Hong Kong reporting to the Associate Manager – Operations.

Responsibilities: 

• Act as the main point of contact for operation-related seller support
• Supervise daily operations activities and monitor performances of logistics provider and sellers
• Work closely with internal and external parties to resolve logistics issues
• Lead internal improvements as well as business development projects
• Any other tasks or projects assigned by manager

Requirements:

• Graduate with Bachelor's Degree or Postgraduate Diploma
• Possess a strong analytical and problem-solving skills
• An excellent team player
• Fluent in spoken Cantonese & English. Mandarin would be an advantage
• Proficient in excel or other data tools
• Ability to work independently
• Previous experience in project management / data analytics preferred
