Our Client is a well-known retailer. They are currently seeking a high caliber professional to join their company.

Responsibilities: 

• Work with stakeholders to identify new business values and translate into feature requests and business specifications
• Work collaboratively with other IT team to identify appropriate technical solutions to realize the business requests
• Develop and execute go-to-market activities together with business users.
• Oversees the technical operations of our websites and mobile apps, provide technical support to business users, customer service team and issue resolution
• Creation and Execution of all test plans required for the new functionality and provide user training and documentation
• Develop best-in-class process and systems while driving continual improvement
• Manage both internal resources and external business partners to provide services in system development and implementation

Requirements:

• University graduate in Information Technology, Computer Science Engineering or relevant
• 3 to 4 years system analyst experience, preferable in retail sector. Strong candidates without retail experience will also be considered
• Technical knowledge and experience in web development e.g. HTML5, Java and Spring
• Experience in web analytical tools and payment gateways are preferred.
• Knowledge on develop various marketing campaigns and social media integration (i.e. Facebook, Twitter and YouTube) are preferred.
• Strong interpersonal skills, analytical mind and troubleshooting skills
• Good communication in English and Cantonese, both written and spoken Mandarin
