Our client is one of the key listed Property Developers in Asia with reputable business portfolio from premium shopping malls to office towers and high-end residential. We are now seeking for qualified Marketing professional to head up the Marketing and Promotion for one of our key projects in China.


RESPONSIBILITIES

• Formulate the overall marketing strategy, initiate marketing programs and implement marketing plans of shopping malls to achieve business objectives;
• Ensure that the event progress, milestones and setbacks are managed in a timely and efficient manner;
• Lead all Retail Brand Marketing and digital campaign to drive customer loyalty;
• Liaise and maintain excellent tenants and agencies relationships with proven promotion planning for luxury shopping malls;
• Ability to produce analytical ROI reports of the events and campaigns;
• Proven leadership to drive team performance to delivering effective CRM program, digital media, brand marketing and promotion campaigns.

REQUIREMENTS

• Degree in Marketing, eCommerce, Business, Management or related disciplines;
• At least 10 years of relevant experience in event promotions and social media marketing;
• Strong sense of the latest technologies especially on social media marketing channels and knowledge in Content Management System and HTML coding development;
• Excellent copywriting skills in English & Chinese and should be able to rework technical contents for a wider audience;
• Strong organization and leadership skills with excellent interpersonal skills and communication skills;
• Able to work independently and a good proactive and energetic team player with self-motivation, creativity and positive working attitude;
• Excellent command of both spoken and written English and Mandarin;
• Station in Mainland China is required.
