Responsibilities:

• Providing IT Infrastructure field support which includes troubleshooting hardware, software, operating system issues and problems and fixing the issues without impacting / violating the hardware warranty or customer security compliance requirements.
• Responsible for system administration (including both front & back office trading system) and network maintenance;
• Diagnose and troubleshoot basic technical issues, track computer system issues for solutions;
• Launch optimized online adverts through to increase company and brand awareness
• Perform daily system checking and monitoring to ensure smooth system operation
• Excellent analytical, problem solving, communication and interpersonal skills

Requirements:

• Higher Diploma or Degree holder in Computer Science or related disciplines;
• 1-3 years related experience
• Troubleshooting, installing and configuring the Windows, office and email server;
