To meet the needs of continuous development, W F Joseph Lee Primary School is in search of a dedicated professional to provide timely, professional and comprehensive support to school.

Job Responsibilities:

• Take charge of the coordination and administrative role for the whole research project
• Prepare all research documents and make direct contacts with all stakeholders of the research project, e.g. the target schools as well as all research team members
• Constantly hold meetings with the research team, provide secretariat works, and ensure that the research is conducted in the required timeline and good progress
• Communicate with the research team and ensure that all necessary corresponding research materials are provided
• Work closely with the Principal Investigator and the Research Associate and help compile and keep all reports and documents for future dissemination purpose
• Coordinate the whole education summit for dissemination
• Perform other relevant duties as required by the school authority and the school Principal
• Need to work not less than 24 hours per week

Requirements:

• Candidate should have at least a post-graduate degree with 10 years of administrative experience in primary/secondary education sector
• Experience of principalship will be an advantage
• Candidate should possess demonstrated knowledge in learning theory and pedagogy as well as experience with provision of teacher training and curricular development
• Teaching experience in tertiary education will be an advantage
• Significant experience in school curriculum development
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills and excellent command of written and spoken English and Chinese are also required
