Job Details:

• Handle customer's enquiries, follow up systems update
• Provide General/Basic support to customers
• Establish good relationship with customers
• To provide clerical & administrative support to Customer Service Support team
• Conduct handover document after project completed
• Website content monitoring and updating
• Preparing Sales and Marketing materials

Job Requirements:

• Associate Degree holder of above
• 2-3 years working experience in Sales Admin/Learning Centre (Frontline) preferred
• Self-motivate, initiative, willing to learn, and able to work independently ;
• Excellent interpersonal skills, communication skills & telephone manner.
• Good command in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese is a must.
