Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Develop strategic corporate communications plan in line with the company’s vision and business units’ development strategies
- Provide PR strategies to enhance the leading position and high quality brand image of the group as well as to support new business launch promotions
- Regular corporate website content updates and quality control of all PR and corporate communications, including copywriting, translations and proofreading
- Prepare management speeches, advertorial articles, corporate newsletters and press materials for marketing projects and internal communications
- Support the marketing team to organize annual anchor corporate events, from press and guests relations, programme rundown, PR publicity plan to on-site event management
- Manage and build strong relationships with internal and external key stakeholders including media and business partners to ensure proper dissemination
- Work closely with management team to develop crisis management plan, provide PR and media training to core stakeholders and management
Requirements:
- Degree holder in Business Administration / Communications / Journalism / Marketing preferred
- Over 10 years of all-round marketing, PR and Corporate Communications working experience preferably in PR / media agencies with solid PR & Corporation Communications experience in education industry is an advantage
- Superior people skills, mature and flexible, with entrepreneurial mind-set and can do attitude
- Can work well independently in a dynamic and rapidly changing workplace
- Exceptional organisational, writing, project management and verbal communication skills in Chinese and English
- Candidates with more experience can be considered as Senior Corporate Communications and PR Manager
