Major Job Responsibilities:

The job holder will, based on the Group’s vision and mission, to review, revise/ fine-tone and make sound recommendation on the education projects/ institution invested or acquired by the Group, particularly focusing on the education system as well as the daily operation and curriculum currently in use of the related education institutions, which are mostly based in PRC plus a few in overseas.  S/he is also required to travel frequently to different education institution within the Group to review the education model of each institution, and form the basis for the alignment of the daily operation to the Group’s standard.  The job holder will work closely with the management and report work progress regularly.

Minimum Job Requirements:

• University degree in education or relevant disciplines or above;
• Minimum 10 years’ relevant work experience in education sector, hands-on experience in teaching and school administration work required; able to review and comment the curriculum in a professional manner; familiar with education system and teaching models together with an exceptional view on the development trend in PRC required; overseas exposure preferred but not essential;
• Excellent project management; 
• Willing to travel, decent, respectful while flexible, excellent interpersonal skill; and
• Excellent command of written and spoken English & Chinese (including Putonghua)
