Duties:

• Undertake programme planning and development with the professional audiences (including overseas) of different service teams;
• Manage and oversee the programme operation with the different teams including course scheduling and other logistics;
• Oversee the quality of academic staff in the courses;
• Maintain the quality assurance system ; and
• Undertake any other duties and responsibilities assigned by supervisor;
• Plan, manage and organize staff training and related programmes;
• Coordinate and handle academic accreditations;
• Continuously monitor and develop the IT platform that support the Academy
• Explore and introduce web based training.
• Shift Duty is required.

Requirements:

• Applicants should possess a Higher Diploma or Degree in Marketing or Education from a recognized tertiary institution;
• Minimum 2 year working experience in the education industry and, preferably with experience in programme management and external accreditation;
• Good coordination and course design and management skills, attend to details and work systematically, able to work under pressure; and
• Excellent interpersonal and communication skills and proficient in written and spoken English and Chinese.

Candidates with more experience will be considered as Senior Programme Officer
