Job Description

INTERNATIONAL OFFICE

The appointee is expected to provide support in the administration of internationalisation initiatives, student mobility programmes, organisation of activities, events and visits and other duties as required. The job requires occasional duties in the evenings and on weekends and travelling overseas.

Applicants should possess a recognised degree with at least two years of work experience. An excellent command of written and spoken English is required. Applicants should be a congenial team player, self-starter with outgoing personality and positive attitude, able to work effectively with people from different cultures, passionate in working with students, attentive to details, able to multi-task, work independently and under pressure. They should also have good organisational, communication and interpersonal skills. Overseas work and/or study experience will be an advantage. A can-do attitude and willingness to learn are looked-for qualities of the appointee.

Shortlisted candidates will be invited to attend a written test.

Salary will be commensurate with qualifications and experience.
