Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Interfacing with all relevant parties including landlords, contractors and internal Sales Departments for advertising campaigns on planning, setup implementation & daily project administration;
- Review the submitted design documents, layout drawings and related documents from clients and contractors
- Responsible for preparation of works proposal & schedule, review the submitted design documents and technical drawing and related documents, method statement, procurement process and supervising the project implementation;
- Carrying out onsite inspection, installation supervision, liaison with contractor to conduct to ensure smooth execution of advertising projects;
- Ensure the performance of contractors is fully fulfilled the company procedures and guidelines;
- Take part in the development of new advertising formats
Responsible for any other works as assigned by Operations Project Manager from time to time.
Requirements:
- Degree/ Higher Diploma in Building Services/ Electrical / Electronic Engineering/ Media Production or related disciplines.
- With relevant experience in media/ advertising production/ A&A Works/ interior fitting-out work will be an advantage.
- Registered Electrical Worker with a Grade A certificate will be an access.
- Independent, responsible, analytical and well-organized with good interpersonal skills with technicians and contractors.
- Able to work independent and good interpersonal, organizational
- Good command of both written and spoken Chinese and English;
- and communication skills with strong analytical and problem-solving ability;
- Minimum 3 years working experience. Candidate with less experiences will be considered as Project Officer / Assistant Engineer.
