Main Responsibilities:

• Drive the manufacturing process improvement & development by using statistical analysis skills
• In charge of particular PCB manufacturing process; maintain the consistency, efficiency and quality in operations
• New manufacturing processes development
• System development and application
• Communicating with product, quality and manufacturing teams to realize new manufacturing technologies and processes
• Handle ad hoc projects as assigned

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Chemical, Mechanical, Industrial, Materials engineering or equivalent disciplines
• Fresh Graduates is also welcome, work experience over 5 years and knowledge in PCB is an advantage and will be consider to senior level
• Good command of English, Cantonese and Putonghua (both written and spoken)
• Able to work independently under pressure, self-motivated, strong interpersonal, communication skill, good command in time management and sense of priority & responsibility
• Co-ordination with suppliers, contractors and technical staff
