Responsibilities:

• Supervise the Quality team to deliver against key objectives
• Manage the day to day operations; ensure that the Group Strategies are adhere to, by the appropriate policies and procedures.  Forecast and manage resources to support key business strategy and develop plans to support growth in the new markets and new customers
• Collaborate with related internal and external parties to provide full quality support within predetermined product development timeframes 
• Adequate resources and processes are appropriate to manage the business risk and the needs of the changing markets and products
• Communicate the quality policies and procedures with related parties.  Audit activities are properly arranged, attend to and resolve any issues that may arise.  Quick turnaround for the inspection activities, inspection result, shipment release and the issuance of inspection certification.  Address any failures that may arise in the inspection quickly with the stakeholders
• Identify opportunities and initiate improvement projects in products and processes to eliminate poor quality and non-value added activities. Support to work and drive non-performing supplier for continuous improvement to improve our customer satisfaction

Requirements:

• Degree holder, Quality or Engineering or equivalent discipline
• At least 5 years’ supplier quality experience, preferably in electrical/ electronic manufacturing environment
• Good at analytical and problem-solving skills with ability to think outside the box
• Good presentation skills in English and Mandarin Chinese
• Good spoken and written Englishand Mandarin
• Strong computer skills in MS Office
• Travel is required
