A trading company located at Kwun Tong, we engaged in merchandising on Back to school items like Backpack, Stationery and Room Décor item. Most of our goods sold to US and Europe main retailers such as Wal-mart, Target, Primark. We engaged with tops licenses Products Sanrio and Disney.  We need someone with strong experience in working for US and EU market and specific for Wal-mart, Target, Disney, Primark and other major US Retailers.   

Job profile

Product safety review: Review QA samples and packaging by safety of view, good knowledge on US or EU standard is needed.

Lab testing arrangement: Submit sample and form to Lab, scheduling the test result, review product testing reports, report to the manager and Merchandising team.

Customer requested: Check the QA manual for different customers. Coordinate the whole QA process for customer, such as Primark, Walmart and Disney, etc, handle trouble shoot the quality problems

Technical file preparation: Coordinate with factory and Lab to Evaluate samples and recommend appropriate modifications on design of construction to comply US/ EU regulation.

Factory compliance:  maintain factory compliance standard, manage factory assessments and CAP’s

Requirements

- Higher Diploma (better in Manufacturing, Industrial, Physic or chemistry) or above.

- 5 years solid experience in working for US/ Europe Market

- Manufacturer QA background and Lab technician background on mechanical safety is preferred.

- Fluent in Cantonese, English & Mandarin.

- Hardworking and willing to work under seasonal pressure.

- Self-motivated, with good co-ordination and communication skills.

- Sound knowledge of US, EU and international product safety regulations.

- Good knowledge on Walmart, Primark, Disney, Target audit systems and audit standards of ICTI, ISO9000, SA8000, etc.

- Be prepared to travel to China when need
