• Degree/Higher Diploma or above in Electrical / Mechanical / Building Service Engineering or equivalent
• Minimum 5 years of work experience in property and facilities management of which minimum 2 years of relevant experience in a supervisory position in Facilities / or in E&M maintenance works 
• Holder of Registered electrical worker license A0 or B0
• Good PC knowledge
• Good command of spoken and written English and Chinese
• With ability to work independently under pressure with minimal supervison
