Job requirements:

• Degree in Chemical / Chemical Technology / Chemical Engineering disciplines.
• Experiences in EMS and Thermal Management Materials are definitely an advantage.
• Solid experience from chemical laboratory and R&D in chemical analysis.
• Possess excellent problem-solving and interpersonal skills.
• Fluent in Mandarin and English speaking.

Job duties:

• Assist in new product development and raw materials sourcing,
• Management of assigned product development projects, covering activities from design review to pilot production run.
• Review/modify designs
• Schedule and control all pre-production activities
• Participate in production trouble-shooting
