Key Roles and Responsibilities 

l   To carry out daily preventive and corrective machine maintenance, emergency repair and E&M trouble shooting;

l   Machines / equipment maintenance planning and prepare preventive maintenance schedules;

l   Develop latest maintenance approach for improving the machine down time;

l   Coordinate with company departments to support manufacturing operation and ensure facility working safety;

l   Monitor and manage the contractors activities and machines installation in accordance with statutory requirement and standard (IQ, OQ and PQ);

l   Liaise and coordinate with contractors and suppliers; &

l   Proper document records to comply with GMP requirement.

Qualifications and Experience    

l   Diploma / Higher Diploma (or above academic level) in Electronic / Mechanical / Electrical Engineering or related disciplines;

l   Knowledge in PLC programming, Hydraulics and Pneumatic systems;

l   2–4 years related working experience in Automation Machines installation and maintenance;

l   Familiar with electrical control circuits is an advantage;

l   Strong analytical ability with excellent solving problem skills;

l   Knowledge of AutoCAD and MS Office;

l   With Clean-room knowledge and GMP experience is an advance;

l   Candidate with more experience will be considered as Engineer; &

l   Immediately available is an advantage.
