The Job 

• Support the Group CEO in reviewing and monitoring the performance of Business Units of the Group;
• Follow-up on projects and/or change management initiatives in Business Units and ensure planned actions are completed timely; and
• Review and scrutinize recommendations submitted by Business Unit Heads, ensure information is in order and report the synopsis to the Group CEO in a timely and precise manner. 

The Person 

The successful candidate will be highly driven and passionate with a track record of success. He/ She must have the following attributes: 

• Bachelor Degree in Electronic / Electrical Engineering; & MBA degree required;
• Solid experience in delivering the P/L of a Manufacturing Business Unit;
• Sound business acumen with excellent analytical skills;
• Proven experience in business strategy formulation and execution;
• Well versed in best practices in renowned world-class companies;
• Interpersonally strong in communicating and influencing multiple stakeholders;
• Excellent Putonghua and English language skills; and
• Weekly travel to Shenzhen or Zhongshan is required.
