Job Description
Job description and responsibilities:
- Provide technical support, system implementation and mechanical maintenance for clients.
- On site and on call services for clients
- Follow up on cases on both mechanical and software aspect.
- Travel to different customers to promote and maintain close relationship.
- Report to director daily for work progress.
- Open up new opportunities in the warehouse automation field.
- Take up training in Mainland China.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or above.
- Autocad knowledge is a must.
- Knowledge in ERP/WMS system.
- Formal automation, logistic or warehouse management experience preferred.
- Formal mechanical or electrical training is a bonus.
- Possess character of professional, enthusiasm, honest and with strong common sense.
- Proficiency in written English and Chinese.
- Proficiency in spoken Cantonese and Mandarin.
- Travel as needed
- Strong communications, adaptability and responsibility.
