Responsibilities:-

In view of the rapid expansion & continuous growth of the Corporation, we are looking for a high-calibre to join the team to support the Senior Manager, Industry Relations for all marketing and relationship building activities with industries, which are relevant to the technology clusters/platforms of the Corporation. Major responsibilities are listed below:-

• Assist in the implementation of strategies to broaden the relationship between industries and the Corporation and to foster interactions/activities between industries and partner companies/incubatees/prospective tenants of the Corporation
• Facilitate the tech adoption by industries through a series of business matching activities and tech showcases
• Help raise the profile of the Corporation by implementing a wide range of marketing and communications initiatives related to the industries
• Work closely with team members in different clusters/platforms, incubation and business development to achieve the Corporate objectives in building and strengthening relationship with industry
• Build and maintain an effective database on related industry and trade associations / chambers of commerce as well as industry activities
• Participate in activities of industry associations actively in order to expand the network with local industries
• Perform any other duties as assigned by supervisors or management

Requirements:-

• University graduate or above in Science/Engineering/Marketing/Business/Corporate Communication or related disciplines
• Minimum 6 years of relevant working experience in marketing or event management, preferably with experience in managing large-scale events
• Experience gained in Innovation and Technology industry and having exposure to trade associations/chambers will be a definite advantage
• Multi-tasking, proactive, dynamic and enthusiastic team player and enjoy connecting people
• Excellent co-ordination skills, presentation skills and interpersonal skills in dealing with different levels of internal and external parties
• Proficiency in both verbal and written English and Chinese (including Cantonese and Putonghua)
• Proficient in Microsoft Office applications such as Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Chinese Word Processing
• Candidate with less experience will be considered for lower positions
