負責維修安裝及售後服務, 協助客戶解決技術上的問題, 工程跟進, 需要時到澳門及台灣出差工作。中學程度; 良好粵語, 普通話 和英語; 懂讀寫中文及英文; 有電機證書。

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for providing installation, repair, maintenance services and after-sales services of cinema equipment;
• Provide on-site support, trouble shooting and emergency support for our clients in Hong Kong, Macau, Taiwan and China area;
• Work closely with Project Team to provide in time support to our clients.

Requirements:

• Diploma or above in E&E or E&M Engineering or equivalent;
• Proficiency in PC skills including MS Office applications and AutoCAD
• Minimum 1 year working experience;
• Mature, proactive, and able to work independently;
• Strong communication, customer service and interpersonal skills;
• Team work spirit and willing to learn;
• Good command in English and Mandarin;
• Occasional trips to China or overseas, when necessary;
• Occasional overtime work required.
