Candidate will be responsible for effective provisioning, installing/configuring, operating, and maintaining systems hardware and software, and related infrastructure. He/she will participate in technical research and development to enable continuous innovation in IT infrastructure. The primary role will be the provision of 1st and 2nd level ICT infrastructure.

• Diploma or above in Computer Science or any IT disciplines
• 0.5 - 2 years' working experience in IT support 
• Hands-on experience on Microsoft windows/desktop software and LAN systems
• Hands-on experience in install, upgrade, support and troubleshoot for printers, computer hardware and any other authorized peripheral equipment
• Knowledge of the operations/configuration of smart-phones (i.e. Blackberry / iPhone)
• Knowledge of VPN, network management systems and spam-filtering tools
• Immediately available or short notices preferred
