Responsibilities:

• Be able to manage a Product Portfolio for the Luminaries
• Product Portfolio management includes working closely with PRC R&D team, Project and Marketing teams
• Propose technical requirements on New Luminaires
• Define the Product Portfolio for Indoor (commercial, hospitality, residential) & Outdoor Lighting applications
• Identify, explore & implement strategic sales plans with ultimate aim to increase sales
• Execute various marketing strategies and promotion activities in respective regions for business growth
• Conduct market research or analysis & product benchmarking to analyze LED lighting business trend
• Transform a general product plan into feasible technical execution, cost & time targets for achieving development plan
• Collaborate with PRC R&D team to analyze the product development & test reports
• Support the packaging team to prepare necessary packaging and graphics initiatives

Requirement:

• Higher Diploma/Degree holders in Electronic/Mechanical Engineering or related discipline
• At least 5 years hands-on, solid working experiences especially in LED lighting luminaries
• With concrete experience in European LED commercial luminaries, competitors trend analysis preferred
• Substantial understanding in product margin structure & European market distribution a definite asset
• Excellent command of spoken & written English and Mandarin
• Well-organized, diligent, good-interpersonal skills, self-motivated with positive attitude
• The position is based in HK but with frequent travel to PRC factories
• Candidates with less experience will be considered as Senior Product Engineer
