Responsibilities:

• Oversee all purchase of food and beverage products (Both local and overseas)
• Develop strategic purchasing plan to maximize purchase income and savings
• Ensure efficient and appropriate purchase in compliance with the company’s procurement policies and procedures  
• Review bid proposal and develop contracts with suppliers
• Monitor and liaise with suppliers to ensure performance, pricing, quality and on-time delivery
• Work closely with authorized suppliers and internal clients

Requirements:

• Degree Holder in Supply Chain Management, Procurement or related discipline
• 8 years’ or above experience of Purchasing in F&B/hospitality/FMCG industry with at least 3 years at supervisory/management level or above
• Passionate in F&B purchasing
• Team work and customer orientated
• Good communication and problem solving and leadership skills
• Proficient in MS Words, Excel and purchasing system such as SCM CHECK.
• Willing to travel abroad if required
