Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparing orders, price comparisons, delivery time & supplier contacts.
• Follow up daily purchase orders, work closely with suppliers and our restaurants day by day.
• Coordinate with suppliers for samples, quotations and price lists for the purchasing department.
• Assist to maintain the data quantities for our inventory, stock controls & the expiry.
• Assist in sourcing and purchasing products in accordance with quality standard and timeline to the Manager.
• Assist in ad-hoc admin works as assigned by the manager within timeline.
• Well keeping samples & filing docs for purchasing department.

Requirements:

• Well organized, Self-motivated, Proactive, Good team work with related departments.
• Good communication skills & able to work in tight schedule.
• Knowledge in food & beverage or catering is advantaged.
• Good command of spoken and written English & Chinese.
• Proficient in Windows, MS Office (Excel, Word, PPT, Outlook, Internet etc.).
• At least 3 years of purchasing administration experience.
• Immediately available.
