Responsibilities:

• Monitor and enhance food and beverage services to ensure the outlet operate successfully
• To provide the highest standard of services to customers
• Prepare and monitor budgets and forecasts of the restaurant and report market trends to management
• Responding efficiently and accurately to customer complaints

Requirements:

• Minimum 5 years' relevant working experience with minimum 1 year’ experience in a supervisory role
• Candidates experienced in Chinese Restaurant will be an advantage
• Excellent communication, leadership skill, presentation and interpersonal skill
• Able to work under pressure
• Candidate with less experience would be considered as Assistant Restaurant Manager
