Job Summary

Cleaning Kennels and Cat rooms and other areas including large outside areas.

Laundering of animal bedding and towels etc

Feeding and checking and playing with pets staying at Ferndale’s.

Administering Medication, supervision of animals, record keeping, grooming and bathing of animals.

Talking with customers and visitors.

Managing pet arrivals and departures.

Maintenance including in-depth cleaning.

Working hours are 8am to 5pm. Lunch break is between 1 and 2pm.

Location is Sai Kung.

Job requirements

Kennel work is physically demanding and is mostly outdoors. Must enjoy working outdoors.

Confidence handling dogs and cats.

Applicants must be confident to converse with customers in English.

You will be required to bring with you weather appropriate clothing and footwear.

A driving licence is helpful but not essential.
