Job Description

Duties    

  • Demonstrate a high level of honesty and integrity in all dealings
  • Reduce the cost of operational purchases while maintaining established quality levels
  • Enhance the use of existing group contracts and established regional contracts
  • Responsible to ensure that all purchases meets the requirements of the Hotel
  • Secure contracts with suppliers on best commercial terms

Requirements

  • Higher Diploma or above in Procurement or related discipline
  • Minimum 7 years solid working experience in purchasing at deluxe hotel chain with  at least 3 years Assistant Manager level
  • Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
  • Strong in product sourcing and price negotiation
  • Good command of both written and spoken English & Cantonese
