Job Description
Duties
- Demonstrate a high level of honesty and integrity in all dealings
- Reduce the cost of operational purchases while maintaining established quality levels
- Enhance the use of existing group contracts and established regional contracts
- Responsible to ensure that all purchases meets the requirements of the Hotel
- Secure contracts with suppliers on best commercial terms
Requirements
- Higher Diploma or above in Procurement or related discipline
- Minimum 7 years solid working experience in purchasing at deluxe hotel chain with at least 3 years Assistant Manager level
- Good interpersonal skills and able to work independently
- Strong in product sourcing and price negotiation
- Good command of both written and spoken English & Cantonese
