Job Description
DUTIES
- Controlling and monitoring issuance of F&B stock items
- Updating Food & Beverage purchasing record
- Compiling monthly F&B cost and general store report
- Periodic menu checking and analysis
- Custody of F&B assets and Petty Cash
- Perform monthly stock-take for outlets
- Perform income audit task and other daily and monthly report for management
REQUIREMENTS
- 5 years’ experience in food and beverage operations within hotel premise
- Good analytical and planning skills
- Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese
- Hands-on experience of MS Office applications, procurement system or similar system.
