DUTIES

• Controlling and monitoring issuance of F&B stock items
• Updating Food & Beverage purchasing record
• Compiling monthly F&B cost and general store report
• Periodic menu checking and analysis
• Custody of F&B assets and Petty Cash
• Perform monthly stock-take for outlets
• Perform income audit task and other daily and monthly report for management

 REQUIREMENTS

• 5 years’ experience in food and beverage operations within hotel premise
• Good analytical and planning skills
• Good communication and interpersonal skills in both English and Chinese
• Hands-on experience of MS Office applications, procurement system or similar system.
