DUTIES

• Responsible for the supervision of all activities pertaining to Reservations Department in order to achieve the highest possible occupancy levels for the purpose of maximizing room revenues and profits
• To ensure the smooth operations of the Telephone/Service Centre and ensures that the communication system of the hotel is well maintained and guest communication handled politely and efficiently

REQUIREMENTS

• Holder of Degree in Hospitality or related discipline
• Minimum 3 years' experience in a similar capacity
• Customer oriented, good communications and upselling skills
• Strong leadership skills & positive attitude
• Detail oriented, independent and able to handle challenges
• Good command on written and spoken English and Putonghua
• Familiar with Opera System should be an advantage
• Candidate with less experience may consider for the position of Reservations Supervisor
