Responsibilities

• Responsible for daily Operation

• Perform daily food preparation

• Responsible to follow-up the quality of the food, standard of hygiene and safety and its accuracy

Requirements:

• 2 - 3 years’ experience in Japanese kitchen   
• 2 - 3年工作經驗
• Good knowledge of food handling, hygiene & preparation
• 熟悉食品及衛生處理
• Good team spirits and ability to learn
• 良好的團隊精神和學習能力
• Good communication skill and be able to communicate effectively with team members
• 良好的溝通技巧，能夠與同事有效溝通
• Team player with positive attitude & Self-motivation
• 態度正面及主動合作
• Immediately available is highly preferred
• 可即時上班優先
