Responsibilities:

• Provide quality services to residents and ensure smooth operation of clubhouse counter
• Plan and organize clubhouse activities to generate revenue and to achieve customer's satisfaction
• Supervise the Concierge team to achieve the service standard

Requirements:

• Form 5 standard with certificate in sports and recreation studies preferred
• Minimum 4 years clubhouse or customer service experience
• Presentable and service oriented
• Willing to work shift hours
• Able to communicate in English and Mandarin
• Candidate with less experience will be considered as Concierge Officer
