Job Description
Responsibilities:
- Taking care of guests’ luggages upon arrival and departure;
- Taking care of guest transportation arrangement;
- Maintain good customer care and provide information to guests’ enquiries.
Requirements:
- Certificate in Hospitality or Tourism Studies preferred
- Able to communicate in English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Polite and service-oriented
- Welcome fresh graduate student to apply
